We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader Listings to lead and manage the listings team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving listing growth, managing team performance, ensuring high-quality property listings, and supporting sales teams to achieve targets.

• Lead and manage the listings team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute listing strategies to increase property inventory.
• Acquire new listings and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally presented.
• Oversee listings across platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle .
