Realty Specialist (Site Acquisition)

Summary As a Realty Specialist, you will perform the full range of acquisition, assignment, and utilization work for realty projects, national policy, national program support including but not limited to site and real property acquisition and relocation. Location of position: GSA, Public Buildings Service, Office of Leasing. Positions to be filled in any of the listed locations. We are currently filling two vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed. Responsibilities Acquires sites, buildings, easements and other rights; grants and administers permits/licenses in conjunction with real property acquisition or Federal projects. Executes administration of relocation benefits under the Uniform Relocation Act.
