Job Description

A vacancy for a Buyer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid). A very exciting opportunity has arisen at Procurement Aerostructures as Buyer within PSA team dedicated to Fuselage and Empennage commodity. In close alignment with the MFT Leader, the Buyer is responsible for RUAG WP commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for contract management for the products and/or suppliers under his/her responsibility.
• Provide the best purchasing conditions for Airbus for the products and/or suppliers under his/her responsibility.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with supplier(s) under his/her responsibility.
• Accountable for delivering the Value Creation projects within his/her scope of activity.
• Lead Work Package teams for the products and/or suppliers under his/her responsibility and ensure consistency with the Multi Functional Team.
