Receiving / Dispatch Clerk

Position Overview:

• To use the corresponding Purchase Order for the correct invoice and reconcile that the stock is correct and that there are no discrepancies.
• If discrepancies are found the Receiving Clerk will communicate with the corresponding buyer if they are allowed to take the stock or reject it.
• When not busy; the Receiving Clerk will assist with housekeeping of the receiving department and getting returns ready for the next week of supplies.
• We use Arch Mobile Scanners to scan stock and make sure stock received has the correct barcodes and is the correct stock ordered as well.
• Ensure that returns for relevant suppliers get returned in a timely manner and with the correct quantities.
• You will be required to drive various moving equipment such as a BT and/ or Forklift therefore having a BT and/ or Forklift license is preferred. Please include copy of the license/s in your CV.
