**Receiving Inspector**
**About the Role**
The Receiving Inspector checks incoming materials, parts, and assemblies to make sure they meet company and customer quality standards before they are used in production. This includes reviewing documentation, performing visual and dimensional inspections, and recording results in the quality system.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Inspect incoming materials, fabricated parts, and electrical assemblies for quality and compliance.
+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
+ Inspect wire harnesses and electrical assemblies using IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
+ Review supplier certifications, test reports, and material traceability records.
+ Identify and document nonconforming materials and create Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
+ Track NCRs and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
