Responsibilities

• Shipping of finished products (Level1): prepare customer shipments for the next day while respecting stock FIFO. Load trucks while observing safety standards. Ensure quantitative and qualitative control of products and loading. Establish and edit necessary shipping documents. Unload and decontaminate customer bins. Record stock movements in the dedicated stock‑management application.
• Purchase‑order management (VRO): based on pick‑up orders and physical inventory, place orders with suppliers, ensure on‑time returns, and alert shortages.
• Subcontracting management and maintenance/safety: ensure necessary controls on handling equipment for safe use. Carry out first‑level maintenance and safety start‑ups on AGVs or other handling equipment.
