Job Description

Deal with client enquiries and manage bookings, by phone or email
Have to perform check in, check out duties and receive payments from guests
Provide excellent guest services by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively, promptly and courteously
Upsell and try to maximize revenue for the hotel
Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Have a bachelor in Business Tourism / Hospitality Management
Minimum experience of 2 years in 4-star hotels in similar position
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
Knowledge of a third language (French) will be considered an asset
Computer literacy (Windows Word, Excel, Internet)
Previous experience with PMS systems
Excellent knowledge of IDS
