Job Description
We are recruiting for Reception Administrator
This is a Part time position
The salary will depend on the skills and experience of the candidate.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities :
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing patient enquiries
- Liaising with external healthcare providers such as hospitals and pharmacies
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support patient care
- Completing all required mandatory training within designated timeframes and maintaining up‑to‑date certifications as required for the role
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a GP practice
EMIS clinical system trained
