Job Description

Receptionist needed ASAP in Birmingham! 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Forward incoming faxes via email.
  • Maintain and update the visitor sign-in log.
  • Enter sales tax reports.
  • Check and file material receipt reports.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Process outgoing mail, including mailing checks.
  • Perform general typing and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Make daily bank deposits.
  • Enter invoices and shipping tickets into the system.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
  • Pay is $15 an hour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
