Job Description
Receptionist needed ASAP in Birmingham!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail.
- Forward incoming faxes via email.
- Maintain and update the visitor sign-in log.
- Enter sales tax reports.
- Check and file material receipt reports.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
- Process outgoing mail, including mailing checks.
- Perform general typing and clerical tasks as needed.
- Make daily bank deposits.
- Enter invoices and shipping tickets into the system.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
- Pay is $15 an hour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
