Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist arriving clients, high‑profile visitors, and corporate partners with courteous, warm, and professional service.
- Handle incoming calls, sort general email inquiries, and route messages accurately.
- Schedule client appointments and manage executive meeting room bookings to avoid conflicts.
- Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Support the Operations, Human Resources, and Finance teams with document handling, digital data entry, scanning, and physical filing.
