Job Description

We'relooking for friendly,professionaland customer-focused individuals to join our Reception team in our Joondalup Contact Centre.

As aReceptionist,you'llplay a key role in creating positive first impressions by answering incoming member calls, understanding theirneedsand connecting them with the right RAC team. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service and help our members get the support they need.

This position works on a flexible roster betweenMonday to Friday, 7:00am – 8:30pm, withrotational Saturdays between 8:30am – 5:00pm. 

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Answer incoming member calls in a welcoming,professionaland efficient manner.
  • Accuratelyidentifymember needs and direct calls to the mostappropriate RACdepartment.
  • Build rapport and create positive experiences for members from their very first interaction.
  • Identify,acknowledgeand escalate member feedback and complaints through theappropriate channels.
