Receptionist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at Hotel Panoramika Design & Spa located in Skopje, Vodno. The Receptionist will serve as the main point of contact for guests, handle reservations and check-ins/check-outs, answer phone calls and emails, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
