About the Role  

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Grace Joel Retirement Village, St Heliers, Auckland as a Receptionist. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

As the welcoming face of our village, you’ll enjoy a varied and people-focused role, where no two days are the same. Your day will include:
Greeting visitors warmly and helping them find what they need

Responding to phone calls in a courteous, professional manner

Assisting residents, families, and visitors with general enquiries
