Job Description
The role
Answering the telephone and connecting telephone calls.
Providing meeting support.
Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings.
Collecting letters and parcels.
Liaising with courier companies. Sending parcels and letters by courier.
Caring for the positive image of our law firm. 
Providing day-to-day assistance to other members of the Clifford Chance team.
Working from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
 

Qualifications
Who are we looking for
fluency in Polish and English;
computer skills in MS Office;
good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities;
reliability;
involvement;
high personal culture.
