Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Caregiver Recruiter to support our caregiver hiring efforts.
This role is responsible for managing job postings, analyzing recruitment performance, and driving candidate outreach for urgent hiring needs.
The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and effective recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Job Posting Analytics – Manage and maintain caregiver job postings across platforms.
Review job post performance analytics and propose job ad sponsorship opportunities to the Senior Manager.
Optimize job descriptions and posting strategies to improve candidate flow.
Candidate Outreach – Conduct proactive outreach using Indeed Pro and other sourcing tools for urgent and high‐priority searches.
Engage with potential candidates to promote opportunities and guide them through the initial stages of the hiring process.
