Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys working across different types of roles and business needs. In this position, you will be the talent advisor for our Guadalajara Hub, leading searches for specialized IT roles while also supporting key corporate and administrative functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and others.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, influence hiring decisions with market insights, and help shape the next phase of growth for Koch. This position is a hybrid role based in Guadalajara.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process across Koch
Lead and execute recruiting strategies for IT and administrative roles, adapting your approach to different stakeholder needs.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in Mexico and the US to understand current and future talent needs.
