Recovery and Substance Misuse Recovery Worker

We are seeking Experienced Substance Misuse Recovery Workers to assist vulnerable young people and adults affected by drug and alcohol addiction. The Role

• Provide support to individuals actively using substances or in recovery
• Manage client caseloads and implement personalised recovery plans
• Apply a trauma-informed, compassionate approach
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals
• Support clients in their homes or within supported living services
