Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely.
- Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests.
- Load and secure vehicles properly on the recovery truck to avoid damage during transport.
- Deliver recovered vehicles to designated locations such as workshops, Vendor, or customer locations.
- Ensure all recovery operations follow road safety and company procedures.
- Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the recovery vehicle.
- Maintain proper documentation for each recovery task (job sheet, delivery note, etc.).
- Communicate with logistics team regarding job updates and location status.
- Provide professional customer service during recovery operations.
- Valid UAE Manual 3 ton driving license .
