Your role in the Integrated Mood, Anxiety, and Addictions Concurrent Program will focus on developing group and individual therapeutic activities. You'll be essential in offering personal coaching and facilitating engaging psychoeducational groups, all while working a schedule that includes one evening and one Saturday monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create personalized care goals for patients
• Provide individualized counseling and group programs
• Document and assess patient progress diligently
• Facilitate recreational skill development opportunities
