Recruiter, Google Cloud (English, Portuguese)

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 4 years of experience with full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages.
- Experience solving problems and delivering impact as a contributor.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
