What You’ll Do
- Proactively source candidates for nursing roles in hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on client‑specific criteria and specialties (ICU, ER, OR, etc.).
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high standards of quality and speed.
- Leverage ATS platforms to perform Boolean searches, manage pipelines, and track candidate engagement.
- Ensure complete and accurate submission of qualified candidates to recruiters or clients.
