**Overview**
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Recruiter to join our Orlando, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position.
**Responsibilities**
+ This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
+ This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
+ Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work.
+ Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
+ Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.

+ Bachelors Degree
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
+ Ability to travel, as needed.
