About the Job

The Recruiter's primary responsibility is to work closely with candidates and stakeholders to support finding the best talent in the organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide recruitment and selection support to Talent Acquisition and Business units across Home Credit PH
• Partner with TA team in building effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Help in recruiting, screening candidates and providing timely, detailed interview feedback.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring managers while owning recruitment life cycle responsibilities.
• Build deep partnerships to understand hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics and form recruiting plans.
