Job Description
The Recruiting Assistant will support the Human Resources team by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interview logistics across multiple departments including engineering, operations (assembly, warehouse, machine shop), and accounting. This fixed-term role, expected to last 12 months, is designed to provide critical support to the HR team, enabling them to focus on broader HR initiatives while maintaining a strong hiring pipeline.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct resume mining through the HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to build strong candidate pipelines.
+ Compare resumes to job descriptions to determine alignment and suitability.
+ Generate and maintain qualified candidate pools for high-volume roles and select entry-level professional roles.
+ Narrow candidate pools to top prospects for HR review.
