Minimum requirements:
- Matric and Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Ditto, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Assisting with seasonal recruitment
- Shortlist candidates based on organizational needs and candidate suitability
- Present profiles and summaries to clients, coordinate and debrief after interviews
- Facilitate salary negotiations and terms between client and candidate
