Job Description
RECRUITER - STAFFING / OUTSOURCING Co. (SHORT TERM) Responsibilities
- 3+ years experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferably in OIL/GAS Industry.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
- Screening candidates' resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Providing recruitment reports.
- Master/Bachelors Degree in HR or Engineering.
