Job Description
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white-collar (Technical and commercial employees) and blue-collar (Foremen, Skilled Labor) positions. You will be the bridge between our project needs and top-tier talent, ensuring we have the right people to bring our visions to life.
Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Clarify the requirements for new positions, draft job postings for specific target groups, and propose suitable search strategies.
- Strategic sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and industry networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
