Conquer AI is hiring a Freelance Recruiter to support our growth across London and New York.
We’re looking for a UK-based freelance recruiter with strong experience hiring AI, ML, and software engineering talent .
You’ll support our Head of Recruitment as we scale a high-calibre technical team across the UK and US. This is a hands-on sourcing and delivery role, focused on finding exceptional engineers across AI, machine learning, LLMs, RAG, Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern software engineering.
This is not a generic recruitment role. We need someone who understands technical talent markets, can identify strong engineering profiles quickly, and knows how to engage people who are not actively looking.
