Recruiting Manager

Description We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Morristown, New Jersey. This role will oversee talent acquisition strategy across corporate and executive searches, helping the organization attract high-caliber candidates through thoughtful sourcing and disciplined recruitment practices. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with stakeholders to align hiring activity with business needs.
