About the Role
As Recruiting Manager you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to achieve BairesDev’s hiring goals. You will guide and manage a team of leaders, develop and implement forward‑thinking hiring strategies, and collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and aligned with business needs.
