Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Flex Recruiter, the Recruiting Specialist will lead the comprehensive recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to I-9 processing. This role requires a methodical thinker with a strong skillset in identifying top talent, cultivating robust relationships with both candidates, and hiring managers.
