LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring a Staffing Manager / Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting , fill job orders daily, and ensure every placement is fully compliant. This is a high-accountability role where performance is measured—not managed.
This is not a sit-back role. You will be on the phone, interviewing candidates, and filling orders in real time.
