1. Talent Sourcing

• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

2. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes and applications to match job requirements
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Prepare candidates for interviews (briefing on role/company)
• Gather feedback from interviewers

4. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Provide market insights (salary benchmarks, talent availability)
