Job Description
At Hexa, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support IT talent acquisition for consulting and outsourcing contexts across different technology areas. In this role, you will help identify, engage and assess qualified professionals, working closely with internal teams to understand project needs and contribute to a strong, trust-based recruitment experience.
What you will do
- Source and attract IT professionals through job platforms, social media, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
