I'm currently looking to connect with an experienced HR Advisor / Recruitment Consultant based in the London area.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years' experience in recruitment and HR, with a strong background supporting heavy industry sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, construction, energy, logistics, or similar environments.
Key experience we're interested in:
• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Stakeholder management and workforce planning
• Employee relations and HR advisory support
• Experience recruiting for technical, operational, and skilled-trade roles
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
• Experience working within fast-paced industrial or engineering environments
