Recruitment Consultants work with client companies in hiring for the right talents to meet to their business needs and organization growth. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is highly dynamic, getting in touch with many of the leading business players, and providing them with the most work-effective solutions for their human capital.
You will be trained to be a specialist consultant, reaching out to the right candidates, by developing effective search strategies, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally creating a good fit of candidates for the clients.
The Recruitment Consultant’s role is the vital link between candidates and clients; they also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, recruitment market and career progression and opportunities.
