Recruitment Coordinator

We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators to help support our client in hiring operations within the semiconductor industry.

• Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements.
• Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments to inform hiring decisions.
• Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
