About a role:
The Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruiting team, candidates, and internal customers throughout the recruitment process for employees, including apprentices and interns. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, recruiting teams, agencies, and candidates to filter resumes, schedule interviews, conduct follow-ups, prepare offer letters, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Provides excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design or assist in designing job requisitions in collaboration with HR Business Partners and internal customers
- Manage job postings across internal and external platforms (job boards, apps, media)
