Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of Talent & Learning.

In the Recruitment & Employer Branding team, you will have the opportunity to get to know and be in contact with different areas of the organisation, which will allow you to get to know the way we work within ING.

Through this opportunity you will help leaders define their recruitment needs and the best strategy to address them, as well as efficiently and effectively fill vacancies for those needs.
