Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding the right talent and a strong understanding of recruitment processes to help us meet our growing organizational needs.

What You’ll Do

Detailed Job Scope: End to end recruitment. Full Cycle Recruitment end to end process (Sourcing to Onboarding).

• Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant position (get the necessary approved requisition form, job scope, level, etc)
• Posting of job adverts and shortlisting of candidates for Hiring Managers
• Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR, Hiring Managers and candidates (inclusive of booking of interview rooms)
• Preparation of documents for interviewers – profile summary of candidates
• Offer letter preparation & negotiation with candidates
