Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate onboarding
Source candidates through LinkedIn headhunting, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
Close positions within agreed timelines and budgets Qualifications: Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
Strong skills in Interviewing and Communication
Minimum 3+ years of versatile, end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple domains, including IT, Sales, Medical, and Hospitality
Experience in planning and conducting Training sessions
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
