Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews, assessing candidates’ technical abilities, experience and cultural fit within the oil and gas industry.
• Perform background checks and reference verification.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the blue‑coll‑ar workforce, including trade schools, unions and industry associations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in blue‑coll‑ar recruitment within a manpower supply or staffing company in the UAE.
