Recruitment Resourcer

Smile Education is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Candidate Resourcer / Recruitment Resourcer to support one of our busiest education recruitment desks.

This is a key role within our Birmingham team. You will help us find, engage and support high-quality education staff for schools across the local area. You will be speaking to candidates daily, building relationships, booking registrations, supporting local candidate attraction events and working closely with one of our Directors to make sure schools have access to the right staff when they need them.

This role would suit someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking to new people and thrives in a busy, target-driven environment.

You may already have experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Resourcer, Talent Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, Candidate Consultant or Education Recruitment Resourcer. We will also consider proactive people from a sales, customer service, hospitality...
