Overview
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts across construction and engineering roles in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a hands-on execution role focused on outbound sourcing, candidate identification, and pipeline generation rather than full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is experienced in finding and engaging passive candidates and can operate independently with minimal direction. Source candidates for construction and engineering roles including Project Managers, Estimators, and field leadership positions
Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and Boolean search techniques
Identify and engage passive candidates through email, phone, and messaging outreach
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track outreach activity within the ATS
