Recruitment Specialist(Fixed-Term Contract – 3 to 6 Months)Dubai, UAEMMC Group is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support a focused recruitment programme across our businesses, including MENA Assistance, TRAC, Awesome Media Productions and CarPal Technologies. This is a hands‑on recruitment role for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, headhunting candidates, conducting interviews and securing high‑quality hires. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing and securing high‑quality talent across a broad range of functions including operations, finance, human resources, creative, marketing, technology and corporate support. We are not looking for someone who simply posts vacancies and forwards CVs. We are looking for someone who can understand our business, assess candidates effectively, and consistently present high‑quality, well‑matched shortlists together with clear hiring recommendations.
