Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end hiring process
• Sourcing applicants for domestic helper to meet client needs
• Understand and ensure compliance with international labour laws, visa regulations, and employment policies
• Facilitate the deployment process, including document coordination, travel preparation, and pre-departure orientation
• Collaborate with Global Professional Resources Phil. Inc. to define job requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and update status
