Job Description

What You'll Do
- Supervise and coach a team of recruiters handling volume hiring for BPO operations
- Drive hiring delivery to meet weekly and monthly manpower targets
- Monitor recruitment funnel metrics including conversion, show-up rates, and productivity
- Coordinate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze hiring trends and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and quality of hires
- Foster effective communication to meet hiring goals
