Referral Coordinator

This role plays a central part in ensuring individuals can access the groups and services that make a real difference to their wellbeing. As our Referral Coordinator, you will be the friendly and reliable first point of contact for new referrals, guiding people through the process with clarity, compassion, and efficiency.

You’ll help create welcoming, inclusive pathways into our groups and befriending services, ensuring each person is matched with the support that best meets their needs. By keeping our referral processes running smoothly, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with our Group Development Coordinator and Volunteers Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals across Gloucestershire feel confident, connected, and ready to take their next step.
