Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospital in Bandung. As part of its continued growth and focus on strengthening referral networks, our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Referral Department Head to drive referral development, partnership expansion, and revenue growth across the hospital's key service lines.
This position will be based in Bandung, with regular external engagement and stakeholder visits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Referral Department to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual referral and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute referral strategies to strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
