Job Description
Job Purpose
To supervise and coordinate refractory and fireproofing works at site, ensuring adherence to ARAMCO/SABIC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements, while leading site teams for timely and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily refractory and fireproofing activities at site for furnaces, boilers, heaters, and reactors.
- Ensure installation, lining, gunning, casting, anchoring, and curing are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Lead, guide, and assign tasks to refractory masons, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections of materials, anchoring systems, and workmanship for compliance with ARAMCO/SABIC standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and client representatives for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure all activities follow Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, especially during shutdowns and turnarounds.
